Richard Gordon, chair of the Blue RibbonCommittee, questioned Ramoncito Roque – chief of the records division of theBureau of Corrections (BuCor) – on Napoles’ inclusion. “Napaka-incompetenttalaga. May intensyon ba talagangpalayain si Napoles? Bakit rape ang kaso sa kanya ‘di plunder? There’ssomething to it,” Gordon said on Wednesday.
